Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping costs are based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order.

Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Shipping range

Nihao Dropshipping ship to most countries and regions, except for remote areas (e.g. American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, Palau or the Pacific Islands).

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

In view of the different shipping methods, Nihao Dropshipping is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order unless you choose the duty-free shipping option. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Delayed Orders or Lost Orders

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If your delivery is late or lost, please contact us with your order ID and tracking number which we sent you by e-mail.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you received your order damaged, please open a dispute with Nihao Dropshipping and contact us timely. We will do our best to provide you with solutions.
